Classic California Roach Coach Mexican food. I got the birria quesa taco platter, which I heard was the highlight of the menu. It was delicious! I was just a bit surprised at the type of cheese used (mozzarella), as that's something you definitely don't think of when it comes to Mexican food. However, it seemed to vibe with all of the other ingredients. Personally, I'd prefer a good Mexican cheese instead. The only thing I was put off by was the service. The gentleman who first attended to me was a bit curt, and obviously his English wasn't that great, so I tried to switch to my intermediate Spanish. I'm not sure if it offended him, or he thought my Spanish was just bad. The other lady at the pickup window was really nice, and she gave me an extra habanero salsa, which was super spicy and tasty. I'll definitely be going back, not just because this place is really good, but it's right down the street from me. I posted some new photos of the carne asada burrito that I ordered recently, and what you can see is the copious amount of steak they actually load into the burrito. The carne asada burrito is chock full of well-seasoned, perfectly-grilled steak. Tasty stuff.

The food is so good I forgot to take pictures. The food truck serves delicious quesadillas and tacos. We had the slow cooked beef for the soft shell tacos. Ask for the hot salsa which had a good kick to it if you like some heat.

I've driven by the taco truck a few times and finally stopped to try it out. Went here for dinner after a nice long walk on the beach. (So I earned it HA) There were a few people already waiting so it took about 20 minutes to get my food, but it was SO worth it. The handmade tortillas are a nice touch. Most quick taco places don't even do that, and they were SO GOOD! I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my tacos but the presentation was on point. The carne asada was cooked a little more than I prefer but it had great flavor and the rice and beans are legit. They have bottled sodas and jamaica or horchata for drink options. I love horchata and theirs did not disappoint. Okay, I'm getting hungry again just writing this, so it's safe to say I will definitely be visiting them again soon!

I was in Arroyo Grande for the week looking at taquerias to eat at, since I believed I haven’t really had any good Mexican food at the coast before. This place really changed that. Super kind and very fast service really pushed this taco truck into promising territory for me. After eating 3 tacos and rice and beans, all I have to say is - wow. The al pastor was DELICIOUS. Super fresh and flavorful, and the portions did not disappoint. The sauce they gave on the side was extremely spicy and also really savory so it really complimented the food. I recommend anybody going to the coast having the itch for a good taco truck to check this place out - it really did not disappoint me.

Great Taco Wagon! Very tasty. We thought we we're getting melted cheese on our tacos like the picture. Maybe because we ordered al acarte they came without it? But that said, our soft tacos came with birria de res and was the best we've ever had. Really tender with mild flavor. Their salsa can kick it up if needed. Very good lunch. Only a few tables in the parking lot, with a banquet tent for shade. This place is ADA compliant. We found them slower and pricier than the average tacqueria. Friendly service. Canned and bottled soft drinks. Definitely going back to try the tacos with melted cheese!

By far my current favorite taco distribution tailer. Don't let the fact that they operate out of a liquor / cheap gas store parking lot dissuade you from getting some of the best tacos in the five citys. The picture is queso birria taco with consume. The meat is super tasty and well seasoned but the real winning part is the homemade tortillas. I have had co-workers get other tacos, burritos and tortas. All food has been raved about. The prices are super fair and the customer service is excellent. Why go to Taco Bell when you can go here?

It's true these folks bring the best Mexican food in the area. Great habanero sauce and homemade corn tortillas. Photo is single quesabirria taco. Total
